Solence, also spelled Solens, is a Dokeshi, formerly employed as captain for Fear Factory, with the ability is to produce different kinds of gasses from his body. His daily condition as a Dokeshi to retain his abilities is to take deep breaths. He was assigned by Fear Factory to retrieve the Fear Robot's Master Chip from its creator, Yohei Nanami. Upon failing to acquire the Master Chip, and after a failed murder-suicide attempt to kill Mana and other hostages at the Toykyo Tower, Solence was arrested by Toykyo Police and disavowed by Fear Factory. He serves as one minor antagonist of B. Ichi.

Appearance[]
Solence has a yellow hazmat like suit with a helmet that has two varying shaped eye holes, one curved and the other circular, and a zigzagged design with a darker tone. The helmet has a long cable reaching from the nose region, wrapping around his neck and right shoulder, and down to his weapon. The hazmat suit has a lizard like design on the left arm, and a horse shoe-shaped metallic, magnetic holster for his weapon on his back, as well as black shoes with metallic trim.
Without his helmet, Solence has a lightly closed and curved eye as well as a wide open eye that reflects the appearance of his helmets, as well as blonde hair swept upwards and lightly dangling, a red nose, and a stitched up zigzagged part of his face which is darker in tone to the rest of his face.
